Nidaros Running Festival is an annual event held at Skansen in Trondheim, where runners can participate in a 5 km, 10 km, and a children's race. The course is one of the fastest in the country and runs along the spectacular promenade by the fjord, featuring a WA-approved route. Despite challenging weather conditions, the event gathered nearly 500 participants who enjoyed a great experience with flat courses and a few short inclines. It is an excellent opportunity to set a new personal record.
Highlights
- Our course is definitely one of the fastest in the country, and it doesn't hurt that it's also spectacular – as it runs along the promenade by the fjord.
- Almost 500 runners were registered for the 5 and 10 km events at Strindheim's Nidaros Running Festival at Skansen in Trondheim.
- The routes run along the lake towards Brattøra, turn around, and make a loop out to Ila before leading to a nice final stretch along the silos to the finish line.
